IMPORTANT – If you are a Team Representative and you are unable to attend a meeting, please arrange for an alternate* to take your place. Your team must be represented at a minimum of 75% of the monthly meetings to qualify for financial grants.
*Anyone can sub for you - another team member parent, husband, wife, Coach, friend, BSB Board member (who doesn’t already represent a team), Grandparent, etc. If necessary, please contact Susie Conover and she will try to arrange a sub for you. We do not want any team to be disqualified for grants as a result of the attendance policy.
