About NORP…

NORP stands for “Northwest Ottawa Recreation Program.” It represents the northwest corner of Ottawa County, more specifically, Grand Haven Area Public Schools (GHAPS) district boundaries. NORP is the product of an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Grand Haven, Grand Haven Charter Township, Robinson Township, the City of Ferrysburg and GHAPS. This agreement is a cooperative effort to provide quality recreation and leisure activities for the residents of our community. NORP is administered by GHAPS and so is part of GHAPS.
