RECREATION SUMMER SCHOOL

Hello Neighbors! This summer at both Mary A. White Elementary School and Ferry Elementary School we are welcoming children from Kindergarten through 5^th grade that are currently enrolled at these schools, to join youth program leaders from 9:30 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. (Lunch break on their own 11:30-12:00 P.M.), Mondays through Fridays, to learn and play in an open, flexible, fun environment.

There is no charge for this recreation program. IT’S FREE! However, it is not a childcare program and children may come and go as they please. It is an opportunity for local children to enjoy their neighborhood friends in a safe learning environment. Both boys and girls will have fun playing different recreational sports (baseball, soccer, volleyball, softball), team building games, stories, making crafts, and learning computer skills. Children will be welcomed every day or just one day at a time. They will be required to sign in and out and have a parental permission slip filled out for emergency information. Exciting field trips to area parks and places of interest will also be available.
