Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of the Mary A. White PTO is to enrich the learning experience of our students and to promote parent and public involvement in our school and coomunity.
Research shows that students do better when their families are involved both at home and at school. Grades are higher, test scores rise, and self-esteem grows. Schools improve when parents are connected to their children's education. The Mary A. White Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is the defining group for parent involvement. Also, 100% of the money earned through the PTO goes directly to the school via field trip costs, classroom needs, books, teacher grants and much more.
MEETINGS
The Mary A. White PTO meet on the dates listed on the school calendar. All meetings are held in the Library.

Please send in your Box Tops all year long, but specifically during our collection dates, once in the Fall and once in the Spring.
D&W RECEIPTS
Please send in your original D&W receipts to earn money for the Mary A. White PTO. This is an ongoing fundraiser.
We look forward to a year full of volunteer involvement, enhancing the lives of the students and impacting a positive change for the staff and families of Mary A. White School.
