The Business Services Department is responsible for the overall financial operations of the District, including budgeting and forecasting, cash management and investing, accounts payable and receivable, financial accounting and reporting, auditing, liability insurance, and property management. The department also manages the district’s General Fund, Food Service Funds, Debt Funds, Construction Funds, and Student Activity Fund.

Through innovative funding strategies, administrative efficiencies, and careful stewardship of resources, Business Services is committed to supporting the district’s mission and advancing operational excellence. This work ensures that every dollar is maximized in service of our students, staff, and community.
