Instructional Technology

Grand Haven Area Public Schools integrates technology throughout the learning experience to support student engagement, creativity, and achievement. Our district uses tools such as Chromebooks, iPads, Promethean ActivPanels, Google Classroom, and a secure, district-wide network to ensure students and teachers have reliable access to the resources they need.

All students in grades Y5–12 use district-provided devices as part of our 1:1 program, and teachers receive ongoing support and training from the GHAPS Technology Department to help them use technology effectively in their classrooms.

From interactive lessons in elementary classrooms to project-based and career-focused courses at the secondary level, instructional technology helps students collaborate, think critically, and develop the digital skills needed for success in school and beyond.
