Join the Youth CrossFit Training Class running from June 15th through August 19th—designed for athletes ages 7 and up.
Here’s what participants can expect:
- Goal setting and mindset development
- Strength and conditioning workouts
- Competitive team challenges and games
- Athletic performance fundamentals (speed, agility, coordination, balance)
- Athlete-focused nutrition guidance
- 55-minute sessions
