The Education Benefits Form in Michigan is a document that families complete to determine their eligibility for state and federal funding that helps schools provide resources and programs for all students. The number of students whose households are deemed eligible based on the form's income data directly impacts the amount of funding a school district receives.
Even if you don't think your household will qualify, completing the form helps us ensure the accuracy of the information we report to the State and helps ensure we are maximizing the funding available to our schools.
To complete the form, log in to your Meal Magic account or create a new one if needed. Once you are logged in, click on "Benefits" and then "Education Benefits Form" at the bottom of the page.
