Students at Griffin Elementary took the stage last week to share their musical talents with family and friends. Across grade levels, students performed a mix of singing and instrumental pieces, showcasing the skills they’ve been building in music class. It was a great opportunity to celebrate their learning and the confidence it takes to perform in front of an audience.
Following each performance, families were also invited to stay and observe parts of the music lesson, giving a behind-the-scenes look at the fun, hands-on activities students take part in every day.
Thank you to Mr. Weeks and everyone who helped make this event a success, creating an experience that not only highlights student learning, but also shows the many ways our students grow through the arts.
